  • By purchasing from Kheiston’s Beauty Room, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without notice.

2. Products & Services

  • All wigs are sold as-is.

  • Wigs are washed, detangled, styled, and dried before shipment.

  • Some wigs may not come in the original manufacturer’s box but will be packaged securely for shipping.

  • Additional styling services (such as curling or straightening) are available for an extra fee and must be requested prior to shipment.

3. Sales Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted once a wig has been purchased, shipped, or delivered.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product description and policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once an order has shipped, Kheiston’s Beauty Room is not responsible for delays, damages, or handling issues caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided so you can monitor delivery.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Once a wig has been received, Kheiston’s Beauty Room is not responsible for:

    • Wear, styling, or maintenance after delivery.

    • Any side effects, reactions, or concerns resulting from wearing the wig.

    • Alterations or modifications made by the customer or a third party.

6. Payments

  • All payments must be completed in full at checkout.

  • We accept payments through the available payment methods listed at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, product descriptions, and content on this website are the property of Kheiston’s Beauty Room and may not be copied, used, or distributed without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
