Thank you for shopping with us. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

• Due to the nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a wig has been purchased, shipped, or delivered.

Product Condition

• All wigs are sold as-is.

• Each wig is washed, detangled, styled, and dried before shipment.

• Wigs may not always come in the original manufacturer’s box but will be packaged securely for shipping.

Additional Styling Requests

• Standard preparation is included (wash, detangle, simple style).

• Additional styling services (such as curling or straightening) are available for an extra fee and must be requested prior to shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or handling issues caused by the shipping carrier.

• Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your order.

Liability Disclaimer

• Once you have received your wig, we are not liable for any issues that may occur thereafter, including but not limited to:

  • Wear, styling, or maintenance of the wig

  • Reactions, side effects, or concerns from wearing the wig

  • Alterations made by the customer or third parties
