• All wigs are washed, detangled, styled, and dried before shipping.

• Some wigs may not come in the original manufacturer’s box but will be packaged securely in protective materials chosen to best fit the item.

• Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier’s policies.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped so you can monitor delivery.

Responsibility After Shipment

• Once an order has been shipped, Kheiston’s Beauty Room is not responsible for:

  • Delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Any issues that occur after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

• Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
